Our Safety & Health Director is an Outreach Instructor with over 15 years experience in the Boiler & Pressure Vessel repair industry.

In order to perform welded repairs or alterations to pressure retaining items in the United States, most Jurisdictions (States) require that the repair company possess a valid “R” Stamp Certificate of Authorization issued from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI). The NBBI establishes the rules for the repair or alterations to boilers, pressure vessels, and pressure piping in their code book which is titled the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC). Fusion Boiler Works, Inc. is audited tri-annually by the National Board to ensure we have a Quality System in place which will permit our company to properly repair pressure retaining items in accordance with the NBIC and Jurisdictional Rules. Our Quality System makes certain the final repair or alteration restores the boiler or pressure vessel back to the original specifications and safety margins. Our welders and welding procedures are qualified and tested in accordance with Section IX of the ASME Code.
